If you are an FBO User (Faith-based organisation), we may collect Business Information (as defined below). “Personal Information” is information that identifies you personally, such as your first and last name, phone number, username and password, credit card number, date of birth, home address and email address. “Business Information” is information about your organisation such as your legal name, VAT Number number, tax status, location(s), phone number(s), business contact information, bank account information such as bank name, account number and sort code number, first and last name(s), birthdate(s), job title(s), phone number(s), NI number(s) and email address(es) of person(s) authorised to operate your account. “Demographic Information” is information such as your gender, age, religious affiliation, race, and nationality. We may collect this information through various forms and in various places on the Service, including if you register for an account, through “contact us” forms, or when you otherwise interact with the Service. Any Personal Information, Demographic Information and Business Information you provide to Pray must be true and accurate. Specifically, you verify that you are the current subscriber of any telephone number that you provide to us. Should you change any of your Personal Information, Demographic Information or Business Information, you agree to notify us before the change goes into effect by updating your Profile Page (You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold all FaithCircle Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from failure to update your contact information (including your telephone number), your voluntary provision of a telephone number that is not your own, and/or from your violation of any federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance.
B. Information Collected and Stored As You Access and Use the Service. In addition to any Personal Information or other information that you choose to submit to us via our Service, we and our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) store or collect certain information whenever you visit or interact with the Service (“Usage Information”).
